Qualifications

• Experienced, competent carpenter & joiner with attention to detail.
• Competency in plastering, plumbing, bricklaying, and ceramic tiling.
• Experience working in historic buildings, especially listed ones.

Responsibilities

• Carry out carpentry work in maintenance and alteration of buildings.
• Perform reactive maintenance across the building stock.
• Undertake repairs to doors, windows, flooring, kitchens, and mouldings.
• Maintain at least two additional trade skills to an intermediate level.
• Respond to emergency call-outs occasionally.
