JOB TITLE: Senior Product Designer - Growth
LOCATION: Remote
THE ROLE:
Splice is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Designer to create engaging, high‑impact experiences that fuel user growth across our marketplace. In this role, you’ll shape products that captivate new users, highlight value early, and drive meaningful conversion and retention.
You’ll partner closely with designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, data scientists, customer experience teams, and marketing to bring ideas from concept to launch. Your work will span designing, prototyping, testing, shipping, and iterating on features that improve the user journey and overall business performance. You’ll use clear communication, thoughtful systems thinking, and a range of prototyping methods to explore solutions, validate hypotheses, and evolve designs collaboratively.

The national pay range for this role is $135,754 - $169,693. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience.
