We are delighted to be working with our national client with an industry-leading presence. They are a company that prides themselves on having a fantastic reputation and are looking for someone who is commercially minded who can build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This role is expected to lead a new team and project to oversee a reconciliation project within the business.
Responsibilities Include –
·Overseeing and managing the reconciliation project, ensuring that reconciliation processes comply with relevant regulations and internal policies, assigning accounts to be reconciled, and monitoring progress.
·Managing a small team.
·Working to resolve discrepancies, collaborating with other departments and stakeholders, to ensure a successful and accurate outcome for each account.
·Establish and maintain client relationships, helping to maximise cash collections.
·Preparing reports and analysing reconciliation data to identify trends, impact, potential risks, and areas for improvement.
·Working with large data sets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy of each account reconciliation.
The Ideal Candidate –
·ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified – or qualified by experience
·A commercially minded individual
·The ideal candidate will have experience managing a small team
·A confident communicator who is a natural problem-solver
·Due to the role being contract, the ideal candidate will be able to start a new role immediately.
