Responsibilities
  • Front‑of‑house duties, e.g., handling telephone calls and welcoming visitors.
  • Maintaining pupil information using Arbor and other databases.
  • Managing and processing payments from parents through Arbor.
  • Using online systems for data transfer.
  • Managing nursery and in‑year admissions.
  • Recording and managing pupil attendance data and contacting parents regarding absences.
  • Assisting with administration of extra‑curricular activities and programmes.
