Wild Bank is a one‑form entry school with 31 staff and 146 pupils aged between 3 and 11. Wild Bank’s school motto is “Working together we can achieve our best”.
Responsibilities
- Front‑of‑house duties, e.g., handling telephone calls and welcoming visitors.
- Maintaining pupil information using Arbor and other databases.
- Managing and processing payments from parents through Arbor.
- Using online systems for data transfer.
- Managing nursery and in‑year admissions.
- Recording and managing pupil attendance data and contacting parents regarding absences.
- Assisting with administration of extra‑curricular activities and programmes.
- Completing and sharing information with external bodies.
Qualifications
- Excellent IT skills, including competence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and aptitude for learning school‑specific systems.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines.
- Effective written and oral communication skills, with the ability to converse at ease with all members of the school community.
