A leading Estate Agency is searching for a Sales Manager based in Islington & Shoreditch. The ideal candidate should have previous Sales Management experience in the Estate Agency industry. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing databases, and overseeing sales to completion. Candidates must be UK residents, hold a full UK driving license, and have access to their own vehicle. Competitive salary starting at £40,000 with OTE of £58,750 and additional incentives.

Qualifications

• Must have previous Sales Management experience in Estate Agency.
• Candidates must hold a full UK driving license and have the use of your own car.
• UK Resident and preferably live within a 30-minute commute of Islington & Shoreditch.

Responsibilities

• Act quickly to identify new business opportunities.
• Promote success by following the company's Success Marketing Protocols.
• Manage existing databases in line with company protocols.
• Oversee progress of sales through to completion and report to directors.
