Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people, especially those with additional needs.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
• A good working knowledge of safeguarding or willingness to complete training.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with additional needs.
• Adapt learning activities to meet individual targets.
• Prepare resources like visual timetables and communication tools.
• Monitor and record progress and behaviour.
• Promote independence and confidence in students.
