About the Role

This role offers the opportunity to lead innovative simulation projects that integrate real products, models, and synthetic environments to support visualisation, demonstrations, verification, validation, and training.

As Simulation Project Lead, you will guide a multi-disciplinary engineering team in delivering simulation components for advanced defence systems. You'll work with cutting-edge visualisation tools, IEEE and military standards, and agile methodologies to produce realistic and functional simulation environments.

Types of Simulation Products

• Demonstrators — system representations for evaluation and communication.
• System Simulators — operator-in-the-loop environments for realistic testing.
• Emulators — early-stage system representations for integration and proofing.
• Training Simulators — for both operational and maintenance purposes.
• Experimentation Platforms — enabling performance assessment in context and system-of-systems testing.
