Clark Wood is thrilled to partner with a prestigious regional firm in Sheffield, currently expanding its business tax team due to internal growth and recent acquisitions. We are seeking a Corporate Tax Senior Manager or Associate Director to join this dynamic team.
- Provide comprehensive business tax advice, including:
- International Tax: Assisting international businesses entering the UK market or UK businesses expanding overseas.
- Corporate Finance Collaboration: Working alongside our award-winning corporate finance team on business sales and disposals; management buyouts; business sales to employee ownership trusts; due diligence for UK and overseas buyers.
- Tax Planning: Developing tax-efficient group structures and group restructuring.
- Share Incentives: Advising on share incentive schemes.
- Play a pivotal role in the business tax planning team.
- Undertake departmental responsibilities.
- Engage in business development activities.
- Qualifications: CTA Qualified.
- Experience: Working at Manager or Senior Manager level in an advisory capacity.
