Responsibilities

  • Own People systems including HRIS, onboarding, and documentation.
  • Manage the employee experience from offer to onboarding and offboarding.
  • Develop workflows, templates, and policies that enable scaling.
  • Coordinate payroll operations and handle lifecycle questions.
  • Implement automated processes for efficiency.
  • Continuously improve processes for better functionality.
  • Manage key moments that enhance connection among remote teams.
