This role involves taking ownership of the entire recruitment cycle, from winning new business and building client relationships to sourcing, interviewing, and placing top engineering talent. • Build and maintain relationships with clients in the UK engineering market.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various engineering positions.
• Understand client needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for each role.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial client contact to candidate placement.
• Conduct negotiations and facilitate the offer process between candidates and clients.
• Leverage social media, job boards, and networking for candidate sourcing.
• Provide exceptional candidate experience and maintain strong communications with all parties involved.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly recruitment targets.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven track record of 360-degree recruitment experience, particularly in engineering.
• Strong knowledge of the UK engineering market and related talent pools.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively.
• Experience with recruitment software and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
