We’re looking for an Influencer & Campaign Specialist to join our team for a 6-month fixed-term contract (with a 4-month break clause) and the potential to stay on permanently. You’ll work closely with the team including the Managing Director, Influencer & Campaigns Lead & Senior Influencer and Campaigns Specialist to plan and execute influencer campaigns for our clients, build relationships with creators and help us grow into new markets.

This role is perfect for someone with initiative, creativity and a passion for influencer marketing who wants to make a real impact.

• Plan, organise and execute influencer campaigns for clients
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and clients
• Brainstorm and implement creative campaign ideas
• Manage contracts, negotiate fees and oversee influencer deliverables and content
• Report on campaign performance against KPIs
• Coordinate influencer orders, gifting and product send-outs
• Attend influencer marketing events with clients and the team (occasional weekend work)
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, events and opportunities
• Collaborate across teams to identify and action new opportunities
• Support in-house marketing, including SEO and social media growth

• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
• Honest, transparent, and empathetic approach to working with people
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and consistently meet deadlines.
• Social media and technology savvy, with experience creating content online
• Interest in Automotive, Technology, Gaming, Health, Fitness, or Nutrition (preferred)
• Flexible, adaptable and able to work independently
• Analytical skills to measure performance and report on KPIs
• Experience with G Suite and influencer/social media tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent (preferred)
• Ability to travel for in-person meetings
• UK-based remote only; no working from abroad
• Full UK driving licence
• Right to work in the UK
