We are working with a leading provider of automotive and vehicle services in Northern Ireland, seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and grow their sales function. This is a permanent, field-based role reporting to the Operations Director, offering the chance to drive strategy, revenue, and team performance across a diverse client base including repairers, car dealers, brokers, taxis, recovery agents, and vehicle fleets.
You will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve growth and profitability targets. Leading a small sales team, you will manage key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and ensure sustainable revenue streams.
