Job summary
A market-leading automotive aftermarket business in the United Kingdom is seeking a Trainee Field Sales Representative. This role offers comprehensive training, hands-on mentoring, and a pathway into technical sales and product demonstration. The ideal candidate enjoys working with vehicles, possesses a confident communication style, and is dedicated to building long-term customer relationships. Competitive package includes a basic salary of £25,000 with OTE of £40,000, plus company car and benefits. This is a fully remote role.

- Holds a full UK driving licence (essential).
- Sales experience is welcome but not required - training is provided.

- Demonstrate technical automotive products in customer environments.
- Explain product features and benefits clearly and confidently.
