As an early engineer at this high-growth startup, you will build AI-powered tools that automate complex sales workflows and unlock deep conversational insights. Working across the full stack, you will ship production-grade code, collaborate directly with customers, and play a foundational role in defining the company's technical architecture and culture.

• Shape a product from the ground up as an early employee in a high-trust, fast-paced engineering environment.
• Work at the forefront of Generative AI, building intuitive tools that transform how sales teams interact with data.
• Backed by leading venture capital investors, offering the stability of strong funding with the impact of a startup.

• Develop and maintain end-to-end features using a modern stack of React, TypeScript, Python, and FastAPI.
• Design and implement scalable, reliable architectures while ensuring high code quality through rigorous testing and CI/CD.
• Engage directly with users to translate customer feedback into beautiful, intuitive user experiences and effortless workflows.

• Has 2+ years of experience in high-growth startups with proficiency in React, Python, and production systems.
• Demonstrates a passion for building Gen AI or LLM applications and finding elegant solutions to complex problems.
• Thrives in a collaborative setting, possessing both the independence to figure things out and a strong customer-centric mindset.
