A charitable organization in the United Kingdom seeks a qualified building surveyor or similar for a remote support role. You will manage maintenance budgets, oversee building projects, and ensure our properties are safe and comfortable. This position requires a Christian applicant and offers 40 hours per week with generous benefits, including a company car, 5 weeks of paid holiday, remote working options, and ongoing training. Regular travel across various locations is required.
Reporting directly to the Director of Property Services, you will have a key role in ensuring the provisions of our selected properties are safe and comfortable and responding efficiently to repair needs and requests. This role is part of the support function provided by our Support Office in London, however, you will be working remotely with regular travel across our various homes and schemes.
