People Advisor Manager | Fully Remote | Salary up to £50000
Cherry Professional are currently a People Advisor Manager. You will develop the team and operation to ensure that the service is efficient and effective in promoting a people culture that identifies risk to the business from an employment law and commercial perspective.
Responsibilities
- Managing company restructures
- Ensuring company restructures are managing compliantly
- Managing redundancy processes
- Ensure that process and corporate governance is in place and adhered to.
- Support manage and maintain third party accounts/contracts which support team service delivery.
- Develop, analyse and present Management Information to support drive continuous improvement across the function.
- Advise managers on performance management, coaching, and disciplinary matters.
- Performance Management
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of performance appraisal systems.
- Support managers in setting clear performance goals and providing constructive feedback.
- Monitor and report on performance trends to drive improvement initiatives.
- Compliance and Policy
- Ensure full compliance with UK employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices.
- Stay informed on legal and regulatory developments impacting HR operations
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a senior advisory role.
- Previous experience of supervising more junior HR Advisors.
- Previous experience of influencing managers via telephone and face to face.
- Previous experience of managing or supporting business wide change.
- Previous experience of working with trade unions.
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or higher) is desirable
