Job description

As a Sales Manager, you will be the commercial lead for your designated territories, directly responsible for executing new business efforts and expanding our market presence. You will be on the ground floor of our commercial growth, combining hands‑on outreach with the strategic ability to manage complex sales cycles in technical industries.

  • Full‑Cycle Ownership : Move beyond "executive" support. You will manage the end‑to‑end sales process, giving you total control over how you hit your targets and grow your sector.
  • Sector Specialization : Become a recognized expert in critical, high‑growth industries, focusing on Energy / Power infrastructure, Water utilities, and the Defence market.
  • Strategic Business Development : Focus on high‑value prospecting and qualification, identifying key decision‑makers and navigating the procurement complexities of large‑scale infrastructure projects.
  • Work with Flexibility : Enjoy a remote‑first approach with the freedom to manage your own schedule and territory strategy, reporting directly to senior stakeholders.
  • Do you have a proven track record of driving business development and managing the full sales lifecycle within the Energy / Power, Water, or Defence sectors? Bring 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a client‑facing commercial role, preferably with exposure to Energy, Power, Water, or Defence.
  • Be a results‑driven "hunter" with a track record of managing a pipeline and meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
  • Demonstrate strong skills in market research, lead qualification, and consultative selling, with the ability to build long‑term relationships with technical stakeholders.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage the proposal process and articulate a complex value proposition clearly to senior buyers.
  • Be highly organized and self‑motivated, capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously through a structured sales CRM.
