Job summary

A leading Mexican food brand is seeking a Grocery Sales Manager to lead their sales team and drive brand growth in the UK. The role involves managing key retail accounts such as Tesco and Sainsbury's and collaborating with marketing to implement strategies. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of FMCG sales experience, excellent communication and analytical skills, and a passion for food. Qualifications

  • 5+ years FMCG sales experience, preferably with major UK supermarkets.
  • Full UK driving licence is desirable due to travel.
  • English speaker, eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the grocery sales team.
  • Manage key UK retail accounts such as Waitrose, Tesco, Sainsbury's, Ocado and Whole Foods.
  • Collaborate with Head of Marketing to implement UK strategy.
  • Drive new business acquisition and create annual JBPs for customers.
  • Manage P&L of accounts within budget.
  • Communicate performance, recommend actions to consolidate strengths and correct underperformance.

Qualifications

  • English speaker, eligible to work in UK.
Additional Requirements
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week.
  • Remote based with occasional travel within M25 and internationally.
