O&M Asset Manager

We\'re looking for an Asset Manager to help oversee and optimise the performance of our large-scale solar farms. You\'ll be the key link between clients, contractors, and our technical teams, making sure everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career in renewable energy while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

• Manage the day-to-day performance and maintenance of solar farms, ensuring maximum energy production.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and partners, providing clear updates and resolving issues quickly.
• Oversee contracts, reporting, and compliance, making sure projects meet high technical, financial, and safety standards.

• A minimum of 1 year's experience with Asset Management of large-scale solar assets.
• Knowledge of solar technology, how solar farms operate, monitoring systems (SCADA), and health & safety requirements in the UK.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
