Overview

Red Teaming Security Consultant - Fully Remote. We are working with a specialist penetration testing organisation who are looking to expand their red teaming capability. This is a fully remote role, offering the chance to join a highly technical team delivering advanced security testing and offensive security projects for a wide range of clients.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver complex engagements that replicate real-world threat scenarios.
  • Work closely with clients to help them understand their security posture, identify weaknesses, and test detection and response capabilities.
  • Cover a range of offensive security activities, from targeted attack simulations and covert operations through to collaborative purple team exercises.
Qualifications
  • Strong background in penetration testing and offensive security.
  • Experience delivering red team or adversary simulation engagements.
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK or CBEST/TIBER.
  • Knowledge of common attack techniques and toolsets used by advanced threat actors.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical findings in clear business language.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. CREST, OSCP, OSCE, CRTO) are desirable but not essential.
