Overview

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a District Council in the South East who are looking to hire an interim senior contracts and procurement lawyer for a 6 rolling contract to cover a gap in their team. The role can be offered on a fully remote basis aside from IT collection on the first day.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad variety of procurement matters inclusive of the IT category.
• Draft and negotiate funding and service level agreements.
• Provide guidance on local government procurement practices and policy as required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years prior experience working within local government.
• Familiar with the 2023 Procurement Act.
