We’re working with a fast-growing, entrepreneurial agency on a mission to expand into new markets, and we’re looking for a Client Acquisition Lead to help drive that growth. This is a newly created role for a commercially driven business developer with the network, flair, and credibility to open doors to new clients. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, you’ll take ownership of new business acquisition, building trusted relationships and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships. We will discuss salary package on application.

What you’ll be doing
  • Proactively develop new client relationships through your network, outreach, and referrals
  • Spot and shape opportunities, from smaller projects to six- and seven-figure accounts over time
  • Lead conversations, pitch, and build credibility with senior decision-makers
  • Collaborate with our creative and strategic team to craft compelling proposals
  • Stay ahead of market trends and identify high-value growth opportunities
  • Develop acquired accounts through cross-selling and upselling
What we’re looking for
  • 5–10 years in business development or client leadership within a creative, comms, or events agency
  • A strong network of brand or corporate contacts and the credibility to engage them
