A leading fintech company is looking for a passionate Customer Support Associate to join their team. This fully remote position requires handling finance-related queries and ensuring timely ticket resolution. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of experience in customer support, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot.
