A leading logistics company in Wales seeks a HUB Manager to oversee operations, manage team performance, and maintain safety standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Utilities Sector, strong leadership skills, and a focus on achieving operational KPIs. Relationships mean everything to us, and this one is particularly special. You'll manage the operation within your area of responsibility ensuring that the operation achieves all daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPI's. You will manage and motivate a team of Warehouse Operatives by giving direction and leadership.
