Organisation Dragons RFC Salary Commensurate with experience Location Wales (with overseas travel) Contract type (Full time) Closing date 13 October 2025 Interview date 20 October 2025 Job Description Dragons are currently accepting applications for the full-time role of Senior Performance Analyst, based at the clubs training centre in South Wales.

The successful candidate will lead and deliver high-level analysis of both the team and individual player performance.

We are looking for a driven individual with a high degree of understanding of not only performance sport but also of learning environments to drive the standards and development of players within the club.

The ideal candidate will work as part of an analyst department and have bring a specialist skill from either rugby, dealing with big data, or video editing and graphic design.
