Job description
Overview

The post-holder will provide senior leadership across the People Services team with responsibility for Employee Relations Case Management across the Trust and line manage the Investigation Officers. They will work closely with colleagues across the wider People and Culture directorate. They will also provide leadership and expert advice to the People Services Team and the Employee Investigations team on all Employee Relations matters and complex cases.

Responsibilities
  • Operate as a core member of the senior leadership team for the People & Culture Directorate, ensuring strategies, plans and ways of working are coherent and aligned to deliver an effective and value-added service to the organisation.
  • Deputise for the Head of People Services as required and represent People Services on national groups, influencing the development of the All-Wales workforce agenda.
  • Provide a comprehensive, professional and high-quality people service to the nominated Directorate(s) and lead the Directorate in developing people capacity and capability to deliver business plans, including robust workforce planning.
