A leading healthcare trust in Wales is looking for a senior leader in the People Services team. The post-holder will manage Investigation Officers and provide expert advice on Employee Relations matters. Desirable qualifications include the ability to speak Welsh. The post-holder will provide senior leadership across the People Services team with responsibility for Employee Relations Case Management across the Trust and line manage the Investigation Officers. They will work closely with colleagues across the wider People and Culture directorate. They will also provide leadership and expert advice to the People Services Team and the Employee Investigations team on all Employee Relations matters and complex cases.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
