A local authority hiring agency in Southeast England is seeking an experienced Locum Childcare Advocate for a 3-month position. The role involves representing the Council at Family Court and providing specialist advice on Public Law Litigation concerning Childcare matters. The ideal candidate will possess experience in handling Childcare cases and be familiar with Childcare Law. This is a full-time role with an hourly rate of up to £60. Court attendance is required, but office attendance is not necessary.
Organisation: Local Authority in the Southeast of England
Duration: 3 months with the possibility of extension thereafter
Working Pattern: Full Time
Working Arrangement: Attend court when required, no office attendance is needed
Hourly Rate: Up to £60 per hour Umbrella
Ideal candidate will have experience in handling Childcare matters and can demonstrate prior experience working on behalf of Local Authorities.
