About iQ HealthTech

At iQ HealthTech, we are dedicated to improving healthcare outcomes through innovative technology. Our flagship product, iQemo, supports safer and more efficient electronic systemic anticancer treatment (SACT) prescribing and is used by the NHS, and private healthcare providers in the UK, Australia and beyond. As we continue to expand into new regions, our systems are built to operate in complex, regulated healthcare environments worldwide.

Our systems support clinicians making critical decisions every day. Reliability, clarity and thoughtful engineering matter here. As we grow into new regions, we design our platforms to scale across jurisdictions, healthcare models and regulatory expectations without losing focus on quality or safety.

Role Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer (.NET) to provide hands‑on technical leadership within a small, high‑performing development team.

You will work closely with our Software Architect and developers to design, build and evolve mission‑critical healthcare systems. This role stays close to the code and carries responsibility for technical quality, delivery outcomes and ensuring that implementation aligns clearly with architectural intent from idea through to production.

Our current landscape includes legacy .NET Framework systems, but our strategic focus is on replacing these platforms with a fully distributed, modern architecture built using contemporary .NET and cloud‑native approaches.

We are also in the early stages of introducing AI‑assisted and agentic coding practices. Alongside the Software Architect, you will help evaluate, adopt, and embed these tools responsibly to improve productivity, consistency and quality while maintaining appropriate controls for regulated environments.

This role is primarily hands‑on and focused on technical delivery and leadership. Line management responsibilities will not apply initially. Once the successful candidate is settled in the role and has passed probation, we expect this position to take on line management responsibility for a small number of developers.
