A telecoms recruitment firm is looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to manage customer tickets and triage faults. This fully remote position requires prior telecoms network experience and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams. You will manage tickets via Jira and will act as the main contact for service-related issues. If you're flexible and able to balance demands, we want to hear from you.

As a Service Delivery Coordinator – you’ll be joining a telecoms company responsible for next generation wireless infrastructure.
You’ll work in a small team and closely with the Head of Delivery and Head of Programmes to support their key customers.
The primary function will be Ticketing & Incident Management- owning and managing all customer tickets via Jira and customer portals.
Then you will triage faults, ensuring correct categorisation, prioritisation, and allocation to internal teams or term contractors.
It’s a fully remote role, with potential travel into London from time to time for team meetings throughout the year.
In what’s going to be a small team we are looking for someone who can be flexible to meet the flexile demands of the role.
