The Role

As a Senior Compliance Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering advisory projects, developing practical regulatory solutions and contributing to the firm’s broader growth agenda. You’ll work across a variety of clients, leading pieces of work, producing high-quality deliverables and supporting business development initiatives.

Key aspects of the role include

• Leading the delivery of compliance and regulatory advisory work
• Producing high-quality reports, gap analyses, training and project materials
• Providing subject‑matter expertise across regulatory and conduct risk topics
• Supporting thought leadership, proposals, webinars and wider BD initiatives
• Building strong relationships with client stakeholders
• Offering leadership and guidance to consultants and associate resources
• Contributing to internal projects, operations and strategic growth activity

About You

• Strong compliance and regulatory experience within financial services or consulting
• Solid understanding of the UK regulatory landscape and FCA expectations
• Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and operate with a consultancy mindset
