About the Role
As a Virtual Administration Assistant with My Client, you'll become the backbone of a hand-picked portfolio of small to mid-sized businesses. Your days will involve triaging inboxes, orchestrating calendars, drafting polished documents and presentations, and coordinating meetings end-to-end.
You'll proactively anticipate client needs, turning ad-hoc requests like social-media scheduling, light marketing support or research into seamless successes. Above all, you'll deliver the kind of reliable, detail-obsessed support that transforms overwhelm into opportunity.
Salary & Benefits
£28,000 -£30,000 pro-rata per annum
Discretionary performance bonuses
Additional annual leave after one years service
Regular company events, training days & socials
Working Hours
25 hrs/week (until December)
40 hrs/week from January onwards

Minimum 3 years administration or virtual assistant experience
