A construction recruitment agency in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced professional to conduct internal and external Fire Risk Assessments. Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) with a strong focus on risk assessments, group projects, and team operations. This role involves advising clients on fire safety compliance, leading a growing team, and developing practical solutions to mitigate risks effectively. This dynamic position offers opportunities to work closely with key stakeholders including clients and contractors.
Complete internal and external Fire Risk Assessments both visual and fully intrusive. Advice clients on fire safety compliance within existing and new build schemes and work with multi disciplinary team in developing complex designs.
Work with and lead aspects of a growing team, reporting directly to Delivery Director.
