The Ecologies Assessments are the very first digital organisational assessments that inform directly an organisation on which changes are required within its operating model, culture, and sustainability strategy, to lead to transformation and systemic innovation. They are also the only assessments that are fully generated through employees engagement in the change process and employee authoring in the innovation process.

The Ecologies Primers are a series of trainings and strategy workshops that allow to build innovation capacity and ideate transition and implementation plans towards regenerative systems.

Ecologies has clients in 2 continents, Europe and Africa. We are small by design and work exclusively with motivated partners: nobody is linked hierarchicallyto anyone. We team up to succeed helping society evolve.

This is a hybrid role blending digital creation and digital outreach:

• Translate our concepts, assessments, and frameworks into clear, striking visual and written content (carousels, posts, short articles, fragments for Instagram/LinkedIn).
• Support the design and refinement of graphics (working from existing brand guidelines and visuals).
• Capture the ethos of Ecologies in a voice that is intelligent, imaginative, and accessible, never superficial.

• Distribute and amplify Ecologies’ work across LinkedIn, Instagram, and relevant sustainability/innovation communities.
• Build awareness and visibility with strategic posting, targeted campaigns, and community engagement.
• Support network-building with light PR, influencer mapping, and media outreach, ensuring our ideas reach partners, clients, and collaborators.

• Content creation: 4–6 pieces/month (posts, carousels, visuals, or micro-essays).
• Outreach execution: posting, light community engagement, and distribution.
• Optional: support in building media/PR pipelines (newsletters, podcasts, thought-leadership placements).

We’re looking for:

• A creator who thinks in systems and stories, not just content calendars.
• Strong design skills (or the ability to collaborate with design tools) and an eye for clarity and beauty.
• Fluency with LinkedIn + Instagram ecosystems, and a sensitivity to tone (knowing how to invite dialogue, not just clicks).
• Comfort working with ideas that bridge sustainability, leadership, and culture change.
• Someone proactive, curious, and aligned with values of ecology, authenticity, and human flourishing.
