A leading technology firm is seeking a Commercial Contracts Manager for the EMEA region. This position focuses on managing a variety of contracts and requires substantial experience in privacy and compliance. The role is primarily remote with occasional travel for meetings. Candidates must have at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
The Commercial Contracts Manager - EMEA will support the various elements of OSI Systems, Inc.’s (OSI’s) Privacy Program.
This position will be primarily remote and will report to the Senior Contacts Manager, based in the UK. Although the role is largely remote, the Commercial Contracts Manager may be required to travel to various offices on a periodic basis for specific meetings, events, and investigations.
As a Commercial Contracts Manager for the EMEA region, you will play a pivotal role in managing the drafting, negotiation, execution, and administration of a wide range of commercial and international government contracts.
Working alongside another EMEA Contracts Manager, you will focus on maintaining and updating distribution and sales/service channel agreements, supporting procurement and operational contracts, and assisting the Bids and Proposals team with direct sales activities.This role requires a high level of autonomy, with regular interaction with senior and executive leadership across various departments. You will be expected to communicate effectively, apply best practices, and uphold integrity in all contractual matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts including supply, framework, NDAs, teaming, consultancy, and compliance agreements.- Maintain and update distribution, resale, and service provider agreements.- Support bids and proposals with contract analysis and legal documentation.- Identify and mitigate contractual risks; ensure compliance with laws and internal policies.- Collaborate with legal counsel and cross-functional teams (Sales, Service, Finance, Procurement, etc.).- Train users on the contracts management platform and maintain contract records.- Ensure adherence to anti-corruption and export control policies.
