Remote Programme Lead – Insurance Transformation & Change
Job summary
A specialized insurance firm in the UK is seeking a Programme Manager to lead their enterprise transformation agenda. This role involves implementing core systems, coordinating business change, and managing relationships with vendors and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in large-scale transformation within the insurance sector and strong stakeholder management skills. As this is a remote position, candidates must reside in the UK and have the right to work without visa sponsorship.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership of large-scale transformation programmes within insurance or financial services.
- Experience delivering policy administration or core system implementations like ICE or Guidewire.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the enterprise-wide deployment of the ICE Policy Administration System (PAS).
- Manage vendor and partner relationships to maximize delivery quality.
- Ensure seamless data integration across systems and functions.
