EMEA Channel Leader – Electronics Market – North Europe Region
The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As Channel Leader for the Electronics Business responsible for the North Europe Region you will support the development of customer relationships and market understanding with some of North Europe’s leading Electronics distributors.

Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Direct responsibility for Electronics Key Accounts in Northern Europe
  • Identification of new business opportunities for 3M technologies across North Europe within the Electronics Market
  • Achieve sales goals through developing and driving Channel growth plans
  • Develop and execute plans to drive innovative new products into Electronics Channels
  • Strong Key Account management and relationship development within existing account base in order to maximize future growth potential
  • Strategic alignment and tactical coordination across the 3M organisation with Global Business Platform leaders and Marketing teams
  • Sales Enablement: Drive partner enablement programs, training, certifications, and joint go-to-market activities to maximise channel performance.
  • Identification and monitoring of market trends, opportunities and risks within the target market sectors
  • Maintaining highest level of business compliance and quality standards
Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the Electronics market and value chain
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to form strong relationships with internal and external customers/stakeholders
  • Good knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Business or Marketing degree level or equivalent qualification/experience

Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Knowledge of Salesforce (CRM)
  • Previous experience of working within an international matrix organisation

Job specifics:
  • Location Information - the role will be responsible for the North Europe Region and can be located in either the UK, Norway, Finland, Denmark, or Sweden
  • Travel expectations - May include up to 40% domestic
  • Relocation - Not required - Remote location is supported
  • Working pattern - Full time
