You will turn content from performance-focused shoots into high-quality creative content for paid social. You can join the shoots—they’re tons of fun.

LONG ANSWER:

It’s part detective, part creative director. Your tasks include:

• Digging into data – understanding ad account performance and turning insights into creative workstreams.
• Leading post-shoot content creation – transforming raw footage into thumb-stopping ads.
• Ideating – generating ideas solo and in teams that excite clients and inspire editors.
• Shaping creative strategy – writing clear briefs that connect emotionally and perform commercially.
• Being the glue – collaborating with creators and internal teams to stay on track and on budget.

• Manage the full creative workflow from idea to delivery.

• Gather and act on feedback efficiently.
• Maintain quality and impact of content.
• Manage relationships with freelancers and creators.
• Translate data and insights into strategic creative direction.
