Job summary
A leading international bank in England seeks a Customer Service Consultant to provide outstanding customer service and support. In this full-time role, you will educate customers about digital services and help those with complex banking needs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. The position offers a starting salary of £26,000, plus benefits including over six weeks of holiday and BUPA Healthcare.
