Responsibilities
  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the service and repair process
  • Booking vehicles in for service, MOT or repair work efficiently and accurately
  • Communicating clearly with customers about work required and associated costs
  • Liaising with workshop technicians to monitor the status of vehicles
  • Advising on additional work or preventative maintenance where appropriate
  • Ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate and compliant
  • Maintaining BYD brand standards in customer care and presentation
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a Service Advisor role, ideally within a busy dealership
  • Strong understanding of automotive service and repair processes
  • A passion for delivering a premium customer experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient with dealership management systems and Microsoft Office
  • A full UK driving licence is required
