A healthcare organization in Devizes is seeking a Weekend Hotel Services Assistant. This role involves cleaning hospital areas and providing a catering service for patients and staff. The successful candidate will work Saturdays and Sundays for a total of 15 hours per week. Ideal for individuals with experience in cleaning and catering, who enjoy teamwork in a healthcare environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in cleaning and catering services.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
Responsabilités
- Clean all areas of the Hospital including patient rooms.
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks.
- Handle waste disposal and perform periodic cleaning.
Weekend Hotel Services Assistant.
Saturday and Sunday (15 hours per week).
The successful post holder(s) will provide a cleaning and catering service to our Service Users, Staff and Visitors across our Wards and Departments.
You will be working as part of an established Team who provide a full Hotel Services function across the Hospital.
Cleaning- Cleaning all areas of the Hospital, including bedrooms with en-suite facilities, bathrooms, day rooms, lounges, corridors, offices and other areas of the Ward.
Catering- The preparation and service of lunch and evening meals items, the handling, reheating, and service of cook-freeze meals. Making light snacks including salads, sandwiches and beverages. Washing up and associated cleaning within the Ward kitchen and dining room.
Other duties- Handling and disposal of waste, periodic cleaning, such as carpet shampooing and curtain changing.
