- Diagnose faults and repair production machinery (automation, mechanical, electrical).
- Carry out planned, preventative and continuous improvement maintenance.
- Use SAP (CMMS) to record, report and update maintenance activities.
- Escalate technical issues and support root cause analysis.
- Complete risk assessments, permits to work and safe method statements.
- Support reliability improvements, equipment checks and optimisation projects.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in both Electrical and Mechanical Engineering (minimum).
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong fault-finding capability, including automation/PLC exposure.
- Understanding of CMMS (SAP preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Experience with FMEA, RCA, PM optimisation – desirable.
