As a Dutch OR Danish speaking Client Service Associate, you will work closely with the sales team serving clients in the Benelux / Denmark. You will enhance the client experience by gathering feedback, improving service delivery, and helping to build strong relationships with major financial institutions.

• Communicate directly with major banks and financial institutions in the Benelux territory / OR Denmark
• Support sales teams with client administration and reporting
• Coordinate operational and administrative processes across departments
• Produce reports and insights on prospective clients and market activity
• Serve as a point of contact or subject matter expert as your responsibilities grow
• Work under the guidance of the Client Service Team Leader with full training provided.

• Fluency in Dutch OR Danish
• University degree ideally in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Strong communication and administrative skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Interest in asset management and investment services
• Team-oriented with a proactive and collaborative approach.

• Base Salary: £35,000 per year
• Performance Bonus: Up to £8,000
• Relocation Package: £8,000 (if moving to London)

• Annual Leave: 28 days + option to buy 3 additional days
