A leading private equity firm in England is seeking an Associate to work on origination and execution of investments in global secondary deals. The role involves due diligence, financial analysis, deal execution, and managing advisors. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience as a 3rd year Analyst or Associate from a private equity group or a top-tier investment bank. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-profile deals in a reputable firm.
Qualificações
- 3 to 6 years of professional experience in private equity or investment banking.
- Background as a 3rd year Analyst/Associate in private equity or tier one investment bank.
Responsabilidades
- Conduct due diligence on potential secondary acquisitions.
- Perform valuations and financial modelling.
- Execute deals from beginning to completion.
- Negotiate and structure deals.
- Assess future value of the secondary.
- Manage advisors.
