Job summary

A leading private equity firm in England is seeking an Associate to work on origination and execution of investments in global secondary deals. The role involves due diligence, financial analysis, deal execution, and managing advisors. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience as a 3rd year Analyst or Associate from a private equity group or a top-tier investment bank. Qualifications

Associate Position

The role will work on the origination and execution of investments for the fund in global secondary deals.

Day to day, you will work on :
  • due diligence on potential secondaries acquisitions
  • valuations and financial modelling
  • deal execution from beginning to completion
  • deal negotiation and structuring
  • strategic analysis and assessment of the future value of the secondary
  • management of advisors
The successful candidate will have a background as follows :
  • 3rd year Analyst / associate from another private equity group or private equity secondaries group
  • 3rd year Analyst / associate from a tier one investment bank or advisory firm

The role is probably best suited to someone with 3 to 6 years professional experience.
