Working from within the CAMFED International team in the UK and in close collaboration with colleagues across the consortium the Development Manager will play a key role in stewarding major and strategic funding partnerships and raising new funds in support of CAMFED’s global development strategy as well as supporting others in the Development team to do so.
The Development Team is looking for two Development Managers to join a fast-paced goal-oriented global development team at CAMFED International working in coordination to deliver on an ambitious fundraising strategy and deploying a world-class approach to partnership management. They will contribute to a team that mixes laughs and learning with hard work and results and where professional growth and wellbeing is a priority.
The duties and responsibilities in this role profile are not exhaustive and are subject to change following the needs of the organization. A job profile needs to be flexible enough to allow us to be adaptive as an organization.
