We’re looking for an experiencedGlobal Head of Productto lead the strategic development, management, and global direction of ourHVAC & OFACompressor product lines. As Global Head of Product for HVAC/OFA, you’ll lead the strategic direction of one of our critical product lines — driving innovation, customer impact, and commercial success Globally.

This is a high-profile role offering autonomy, visibility, and the chance to make a real difference in the global energy transition.

Success in this role requires visionary leadership, product management expertise, market insight, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, highly commercial environment. You'll need to balance competing priorities—cost, time, and complexity—while ensuring maximum impact on Aggreko’s commercial objectives.

What you’ll do:

Collaborating with regional teams to develop product roadmaps for HVAC and OFA Compressor lines, prioritizing new products, enhancements, and innovations based on business cases, customer insights, market intelligence, and competitive analysis.

Driving rapid execution of these roadmaps to ensure successful product launches.

Managing the entire product lifecycle—from initial evaluation and business case development to sourcing, launch, and ongoing performance.

Partnering with marketing, sales, and operations teams across regions and central functions to deliver commercially successful products.

Owning product line performance and ensuring investment decisions yield strong returns.

Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

Strong commercial and/or product management experience in the HVAC and OFA compressor sector for industrial applications.

Comprehensive understanding of the full product lifecycle, from business case and customer insight through to launch and ongoing performance.

Commercial experience in industrial or solution-based environments.

Experience working within complex global organizations, aligning local market needs with global product strategies and ensuring consistent delivery across regions.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels, including senior leadership and executive teams.

A collaborative and inclusive leadership style, with a passion for building high-performing teams and creating an environment where individuals can thrive.
