Population Health Management Analyst – Bexleyheath

Ref: OR18680 | Pay: £24.03ph PAYE | Duration: Temporary

The role provides dedicated analytical capacity to embed Population Health Management (PHM) across the division and the Integrated Care System (ICS) at place level.
