Key responsibilities for this EA to Partner position:
  • Providing high‑level executive support to a senior Partner, acting as their right hand
  • Extensive diary management, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination across multiple time zones
  • Managing confidential documentation, client packs, reports, and search materials
  • Liaising with senior clients and candidates, ensuring an exceptional experience throughout the process
  • Supporting the full executive search lifecycle, including interview coordination and candidate management
  • Preparing presentations, briefs, and correspondence with accuracy and polish
  • Taking the lead on logistics for meetings, travel, and events
  • Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and maintaining strong internal relationships
