Role Overview

We’re on the hunt for a talented Mid-Weight Designer to bring creative ideas to life across various platforms, including branding, digital, print, and animation. You'll work closely with our creative director and a team of four talented creatives.

This role is perfect for someone who is mouldable and thrives in a fast-paced, family-like business environment with plans for significant growth.

Key Responsibilities

? Take ownership of design briefs, working from concept to completion.

? Work on projects spanning branding, digital campaigns, print collateral, and social media assets.

? Translate complex ideas into simple, elegant visual solutions.

? Collaborate closely with senior designers and other team members.

?️ Present your work confidently and articulate design decisions clearly.

? Stay updated with design trends and apply them thoughtfully.

? Ensure consistency with design standards and brand guidelines.

️ Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Requirements

? At least 3 years of design experience, ideally within an in-house design team.

? Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills across branding, digital, and print.

?️ Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva; Figma experience is a plus.

? Good eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.

? Solid grasp of design principles and best practices.

Excellent communication and time management skills, crucial in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

? Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.

? Self-starter attitude with a collaborative spirit.

Nice to Have

? Experience in video editing for social media.

? Familiarity with front-end design principles.

? Experience working on web banners and promotions.

? Photography or illustration skills.
