Summary of our role

As an Art Director at Havas Lynx, you will produce impactful, original, intelligent work which impresses the client and surpasses the client’s need. You will show creative scope across all of your projects whilst furthering your skills in a range of areas. You will have the client need at the forefront of everything you creative and will be an integral and supportive member of your team.

What you can expect to be doing
  • • You will support the team by producing creative work across a range of projects, which is appropriate and exceeds the client’s brief
  • • You will work in partnership with the Client Services team, and initiate and respond directly to client communications where appropriate
  • • In collaboration with the copy team, excel in your skills when it comes to ideas generation, campaign ideation and development, campaign execution (multi format) and selling ideas into the clients
  • • Support the Senior Art Director in making decisions on creative production providing direction to external partners
  • • Excel in your art skills when it comes to photography, sound usage, illustration usage, multi‑format art direction (print, digital, social etc) art ideation and problem solving (research, mood boards, idea generation etc), craft excellence, visual communication (including typography, font selection, UX, UI, image use etc), design principles (e.g., balance, hierarchy, alignment, repetition, contrast etc). Show adaptability of art direction to audience and brief, actively bring these skills to every brief
  • • You will attend briefing meetings and proactively communicate with the Strategy, Client Services, Medical, Digital, and Operations departments to ensure a smooth delivery of project
  • • You will demonstrate a strong capability in presenting your work internally and externally.

  • Ideally, you have experience working with Generative AI tools and data, along with AI certifications from platforms such as Coursera, Section AI, or LinkedIn Learning
