The role offers hybrid working with flexibility regarding start and finish times. They will consider recruiters at all career levels and offer a salary between £30k - £70k, depending on experience. This business is mature and trusting, providing support, training, and tools to enhance your billing potential. There are no KPIs and no micro-management.

Candidate

Applicants must have at least 12 months experience as a 360 billing recruiter, including business development, negotiating contracts, sourcing, and placing candidates. You should have experience developing existing clients and winning new business. The role involves proactive contact with candidates and clients via telephone, rather than relying solely on adverts and emails.
